Chester Springs’ Flour & Oats Artisan Cookies is hosting its inaugural cookie and wine pairing event on Feb. 6 from 5-7 p.m. Join other sweets enthusiasts and mingle with the culinary team in an intimate setting for a night of nibbles and sips.
Throughout the evening, indulge in samples of cookies in tempting flavors like dark chocolate and sea salt, salted caramel snickerdoodle, midnight chocolate crunch, oatmeal banana, Nutella, strawberry chocolate chip and shortbread flavors like rosemary fig and honey lavender.
If you need an even better reason to indulge, the ticketed event will benefit Downingtown Communities That Care, a collaboration of organizations, schools, hospitals, faith community, law enforcement, health care providers, human services and local government who foster positive mental health and youth development.
“Many of us have children, nieces, nephews, other family members or just friends that struggle with addiction and depression. This is a small way to help our local CTC in their mission to have a positive impact in our community,” says owner Lisa Russell of the event.
