Beloved restaurant White Dog Cafe will open a fourth location this fall in the Shoppes at Brinton Lake in Glen Mills. It will take over the spot formerly occupied by Big Fish Grill.
White Dog Café has locations in Haverford, Wayne and University City. Each restaurant features local, seasonal, organic, sustainable menus, with fun and welcoming dog-inspired décor.
“White Dog Cafe is over 36 years-old and was among Philadelphia’s first restaurants to employ farm-to-table, environmentally sustainable, community-centric purchasing techniques,” says owner Marty Grims. “The majority of ingredients used at White Dog Cafe are purchased from local farms, located no more than 50 miles from our restaurants. Each restaurant is tailored to its surrounding neighborhood, making each location unique. We want each of our White Dog Café locations to provide similar likeness of a comfortable, approachable, neighborhood restaurant.”
