McCoy starts with a shot of Bacardi, setting it ablaze as he carefully sprinkles on fresh ground cinnamon for a glittering light show. Bacardi Oakheart rum, Frangelico, house-made brown-sugar simple syrup, and local pumpkin puree complete this stellar combo, which is topped with a Licor 43-infused cappuccino foam.
