Tomatoes are (finally) at their peak, and Isabella chef Michael Cappon is taking advantage of this seasonal ingredient with a Totally Tomato menu through August. His six-item, tomato-centered selection features local heirloom and Roma tomatoes from Snyder Farms in Perkasie. So what is Cappon cooking up? Think: roasted heirloom gazpacho, caprese salad with house-made mozzarella, crispy pork belly with smoked tomato compote, and baked tomato tatin with garlic and herbs. Georges’ also has some summer specials cooking. From Monday to Thursday, diners can get two-for-one NY strip steaks or filet mignon with a red wine sauce.
