Valley Forge Flowers and 12th Street Catering to Host Seasonal Supper Series

The event will take place on Nov. 29 in Wayne.

Valley Forge Flowers is once again partnering with 12th Street Catering to host the second annual seasonal supper series on Nov. 29. The unique event will take place from 6-9 p.m. and promises to provide a collaborative experience for guests to browse the barn and atrium spaces of the venue, socialize and nosh while getting in the spirit of the season.

“The seasonal supper series is something we look forward to hosting again this year with Valley Forge Flowers. It allows all parties involved to have the opportunity to be creative and highlight individual strengths, while having the chance to work with other local talented professionals,” says event planner Victoria Fama.

Guests can expect spirits tasting and seasonal cocktails from Manayunk award-winning Palmer Distilling, plus a festive five-course sit down dinner with a seasonal menu crafted by executive chef Jon Jividen. It includes flavors that utilize local seasonings, featuring a harvest soup trio, olive oil poached halibut with preserved lemons, Za’atar chermoula, cardamom carrot puree and wild mushroom-barley risotto to start.
