Try This: Holiday Mimosa Recipe


Whether gathering around the table for Thanksgiving or celebrating one of the many festive holidays this season, elevate your sparkling beverage game with something that packs a bit more punch. Chaddsford Winery shares its unique twist on this staple, which is great for brunch, cocktail parties or a celebratory toast.


  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 ounces holiday spirit wine
  • sparkling apple cider
  • 5-10 frozen cranberries
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary


  • Moisten the rims of champagne flutes and light press into sugar.
  • Pour holiday spirit wine into the flute. Top with sparkling cider to taste. Stir together.
  • Garnish the flute with cranberries and fresh rosemary.
