Top Chef Winner Kevin Sbraga Expands

>> FRESH BAKED: This month, Brussels-bred chef Alain Coumont brings his Le Pain Quotidien boulangerie chain to Wayne (233 E. Lancaster Ave.), with a menu that focuses on organic, stone-ground-flour breads, from-scratch tartines, and quiches.

>> COMFORT-FOOD CHIC: Mere months after bringing Taqueria Feliz to Manayunk, Tim Spinner and Brian Sirhal have debuted their second Main Street concept. Based in the former home of Bisou (4161 Main St.), Beast & Ale offers griddled burgers, hot roast beef and other retro-inspired “greasy spoon” fare. All menu items are under $17.

>> BROAD STREET RUN: Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga will have a second Broad Street restaurant come fall, based in the ground floor of Southstar Lofts. Expect a rotisserie-focused menu and a raw bar.
