If you read our recent review of Tired Hands Brewing Company, then you know that we’re huge fans of the Ardmore brewery and café. Not only is the beer some of the best local beer we’ve had, but the simplicity and seasonality of the food is reason enough to stop in on a regular basis.
On Oct. 30, Tired Hands is hosting its first ever All Hallows’ Eve Beer Supper at 6:30 p.m. The brewery will be closed during dinner for the special event and costumes are encouraged! You may even win a prize for the best one. The dinner consists of a $75 five-course meal and each course will be paired with a spooky, Halloween-themed beer. You’ll even get a 16.9-ounce bottle of specially brewed Black Lagoon beer to take home. Some of the items you can look forward to tasting are the acorn squash soup paired with sage and bacon, a local apple and walnut salad with mâche and Birchrun Blue vinaigrette and local braised short ribs with root vegetables and nutmeg mashed potatoes.
Reservations must be made and paid for by Oct. 28 so call (610) 896-7621 to reserve your spot!
