This Narberth BYOB is a Garden Oasis

Share

One of many great selling points for Coco Thai Bistro is the lively setting. Not counting the patrons and a small team of employees, there are over 300 living objects within the 1,100 square feet of this popular Narberth BYOB—vibrant orchids, cascades of philodendron, fresh lavender and daisies, plus a bevy of signs offering assorted positive affirmations.

All of which provides a most fitting backdrop for the beautiful dishes owner Darunee Mongkhalrat constructs in her diminutive kitchen. Her steamed Coco Turkey Dumplings—five gossamer purses filled with ground turkey, shitake mushrooms and onions—have rightfully garnered a fan base, as has her spicy signature dish of quinoa, shrimp and crab served with fragrant massaman curry. Also excellent: the duck rolls stuffed with sweet onion and pickled ginger, the pad Thai, and a colorful array of curried jasmine rice dishes.
