Want a bar at your wedding, party or other gathering but don’t have the space to set one up? Think again. Launching later this fall, Third Party Bar will be a full-service mobile bar featuring a customized six-tap system for specialty cocktails, wines, champagnes, beers and ciders, as well as kombucha and coffee for those who prefer alcohol-free sips.
The new concept is owned and operated by Philadelphia couple Ryan and Sarah Fleming. Ryan is a 15 year veteran of the service industry and has tended bar and managed restaurants in Philadelphia and New York. Sarah contributes her diverse background in fashion, design and event planning.
Not your typical mobile bar, Third Party will live in a lovingly restored 1972 Airstream Safari affectionately named Vicki. Expect an aluminum vintage vibe offering a blend of classic and contemporary craft cocktails for corporate events, birthday parties, wedding showers and more.

“Our cocktail menu will reflect that classic feel. We’ll offer signature sips that include a killer negroni, a sazerac and a classic martini,” says Sarah. “We can tailor our menu to the clients’ needs and can develop signature drinks based on their favorite types of liquor, flavors and the theme of their event.”
Wanting to keep the concept local, they’ll pour and serve items from the region when they can. “We love local spirits and beer and plan to recommend them to our clients whenever we can,” says Sarah. “Some of our favorites are Philadelphia Distilling, Rowhouse Spirits, 2SP, Love City, Mainstay Independent Brewing, Yards Brewing Co., Pizza Boy Brewing and Evil Genius Beer Company.” Look for this Instagram-worthy mobile bar in the coming months.
