Whether you prefer dark, milk or white with raspberry preserves and pralines, chocolate lovers are invited to a tasting, complete with a glass of wine (or two) on Dec. 15, from 6-8 p.m. at The Inn at Grace Winery. Estelle Tracy will take attendees through the world of craft chocolate in the hopes of evolving your palette and deepening your appreciation for the decadent sweet treat.
A food writer, author and trained chocolate educator who hails from France but now calls Kennett Square her home, Tracy chronicles her deep passion for craft chocolates—and her respect for their makers—on her blog, 37chocolates.com.
Tickets are $50, and include chocolate tastings and your first glass of wine. There will be a broad spectrum of chocolates, and you’ll have the winery’s vast cellar at hand to craft the perfect pair. Our recommendation: Go for a glass of the Dragonfly Red, which complements desserts and is the ideal choice during these colder months.
