Celebrate the autumn harvest at Terrain at Styer’s on Oct. 17 from 6:30-9 p.m. with a four-course dinner from head events chef, Robert Toland. The ticketed event will feature game meats—think lamb and rabbit—from D’Artagnan Meat Supply.
The annual dinner, now in its second year, will pair the adventurous selects with complimentary samples of vintages from local winery, Wayvine, in Nottingham.
“The wild game dinner is different from our other dinners because we get to focus on meats that we don’t typically serve in the cafe,” says Toland of the special event. “As a chef, trying out new offerings from our purveyors allows us to continue to be excited about food and challenges us to think differently about how we would prepare these items.”
Guests can expect a well-balanced menu of a variety of game meats thoughtfully prepared. Dan Gervisi of D’Artagnan will be also be on hand to answer questions about the game offerings.
