Start Your Sunday with Downward Dog and Mimosas

Share

Grab some friends, roll out the yoga mat and stretch into warrior position before rewarding yourself with eggs Benedict on Aug. 20 at Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in Glen Mills from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Empowered Yoga class will be taught by Kim Boyle, who will leave you feeling better and more energized after leading you through bridges and downward-facing dogs.

Immediately following yoga, attendees will be treated to a sumptous farm-to-table brunch. In addition to an assortment of fruits, cheeses and pastries, the menu includes three tempting entrees: eggs Benedict, the Harvest sandwich and a vegan tofu scramble. Harvest specializes in locally sourced and healthy cuisine, meaning your meal will be well-balanced, just like your mind and body.

Of course, brunch isn’t complete without mimosas, so sip a glass of fresh orange juice and bubbly, or skip the orange and go just for the champagne. Non-alcoholic option will also be available. And if you need another incentive to get out of bed on Sunday morning, gift totes, gear and other freebies will also be available.

Tickets are $35 each. All skill levels are welcome, and blocks will be provided, so all you need to bring is your yoga mat, towel and third eye.
