St. Patrick’s Day is near, when we turn our attention to all things Irish and sláinte the flavors of the Emerald Isle. Over in Honey Brook, the reputable Wyebrook Farm gears up to go green with its pop-up St. Patrick’s feast, unfolding Sat., March 15, 7 p.m.

Farmer Dean Carlson and his culinary team will produce a one-night-only, four-course dinner packed with Irish classics—all of which will be crafted with Wyebrook-bred products.
From the Guinness stew constructed with juicy Wyebrook beef shanks and Lancaster County potatoes, to beer-poached, farm-raised pork and cabbage sausage with pickled red onions, and the corned beef brisket with cabbage, red potatoes and stone mustard, you haven’t experienced a St. Patrick’s feast as fresh (and local!) as this Chester County farm’s rendition.
To up your dinner luck with a wee bit (more) o’ the Irish, the exclusive holiday dinner will conclude with Victory Brewing Co. Storm King Stout pots de crème and potato candy.
