Savor a French-Inspired Summer at Manayunk’s Bisou

Check out Manayunk’s Bisou this summer and cool off with the restaurant’s new seasonal menu, killer wine specials, and so much more.

In the midst of chef Clark Gilbert debuting a new warm-weather menu at his sensuous French bistro, Bisou, he announces hot Manayunk news that gives us a reason to immediately speed over to Main Street.

As of Monday, June 24, Manayunk will unveil a brand-new 200-space parking lot right across the street from Bisou. When you’re driving down Main Street, visitors need to simply turn down Lock Street (across from Bisou) and head toward the canal—there you’ll spy the newest cluster of parking spaces.

Since your parking situation is one fewer worry, start dreaming of Gilbert’s latest menu additions, which include: summery Salt Cod croquettes accented with espelette aioli, warm calamari salad dressed with Romesco sauce, and extremely tender pork cheeks presented with spring vegetable fricassee.

Lucky for wine lovers, Bisou sweetens your sipping deal this summer by launching an early dinner special. Between 5-6 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday, guests are invited to bring their own bottles for no corkage fee or score 50 percent off any wine bottle in-house. Tuesdays are just as appealing—if not more, as new wine special runs all night.
