Amani’s BYOB Bistro Debuts Fresh Mid-Summer Menu

With fresh cheeses and meats at the forefront of his new menu, Jonathan Amann’s new menu is bursting with summer’s best offerings.

Downingtown’s Amani’s BYOB has already received endless acclaim for its locally infused creations, and chef Jonathan Amann is always one step ahead with the farm-to-table trend. Now, with the borough’s successful farmers market nearby, he’s sprucing up his seasonal menu to feature inspiration from local artisans—and we couldn’t be hungrier.

As of Friday, July 19, the modern American BYOB will launch this new, seasonal menu, featuring not-to-miss combinations like prosciutto, chevre and charred figs with a lavash crisp, braised short rib flatbread with exotic mushrooms and wasabi aioli, and grilled swordfish with avocado salsa and cilantro-infused quinoa. Amani’s will also continue, through summer, their Sunday night surf or turf special, which features a three-course prix-fixe of either prime rib or fresh seafood—your pick!
