We’ve always loved Restaurant Alba in Malvern for their wonderful dishes made with locally grown and sourced ingredients, and now we love them even more with the launch of Inspired Meals by Alba, the restaurant’s new to-go service. All pre-packaged meals are healthy and ready to be brought home and microwaved or frozen to enjoy later.
The menu looks absolutely delicious and each selection provides complete nutritional information. Choose from 10 selections like grass-fed beef short ribs with cauliflower purée, braised greens and a date barbecue sauce for $11, a Mediterranean fish soup with local veggies, tomato and chili for $9.50 or almond-encrusted chicken with chili-and-peach barbecue sauce and smashed avocado for $11, to name only a few. Pick-up days are Wednesday Thursday and Friday, so be sure to call (610) 644-4009 a day or two before to put in your order.
