Give this brunch staple a festive twist in a few easy steps with the help of sparkling apple cider and a refreshing sprig of rosemary.

Whether gathering around the table for Thanksgiving or celebrating one of the many festive holidays this season, elevate your sparkling beverage game with something that packs a bit more punch. Chaddsford Winery shares its unique twist on the staple mimosa, which is great for brunch, cocktail parties or a celebratory toast.

Holiday Mimosa

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon sugar
3 ounces holiday spirit wine
Sparkling apple cider
5-10 frozen cranberries
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Procedure:

Moisten the rims of champagne flutes and light press into sugar.

Pour holiday spirit wine into the flute. Top with sparkling cider to taste. Stir together.

Garnish the flute with cranberries and fresh rosemary.
