Paramour's Muddy Pothole Martini

Paramour’s mixologists are reinventing the dirty martini with a cheeky, seasonal spin.

Photo courtesy of Paramour.Old Man Winter hasn’t been kind to our local roads—Paramour gets the driving pain you’re in. In honor of your deceased tires, Wayne’s luxe bar and restaurant has debuted a tongue-in-cheek cocktail that’ll be a star of your weekend’s liquid therapy.

The Muddy Pothole is the modish sipping spot’s riff on the dirty martini, as shaken with Absolut vodka, muddled Kalamata olives, dry vermouth and olive juice. To further pay tribute to all of Main Line’s popped tires, the comedic house mixologists are finishing the opaque, taupe tipple with two sets of black olive “wheels.”

Consider being first seduced by the stiff stunner by ordering it up at the Paramour’s happy hour, where you’ll score it at half-price ($5.50). Happy hour unfolds Sun.–Fri., 5–7 p.m. Enhance your early-evening experience by tackling bar bites too, as flatbreads and bar bites are also on special.
