Derby Day is so much more fun when you have a reason to dust off that huge hat in the back of your closet and sip expertly made mint juleps!
On Saturday, May 5, at Paramour in the Wayne Hotel, guests can celebrate the Kentucky Derby on the hotel’s beautiful outdoor veranda with passed hors d’oeuvres, mint juleps, desserts and a cash bar. There will also be prizes throughout the afternoon, including prizes for the best his and hers hats, and a photographer will be on hand to capture all of the fun and fashions.
The Derby itself will be broadcast on Paramour’s bar TVs from 5-7 p.m., but the kickoff party begins at 3 p.m. While tickets to the Derby party are free, guests must pick theirs up at the hotel before April 27 to ensure entry on Derby Day.
