Where’s Waldo? Scavenger Hunt
July 1-31, Wayne

Main Point Books has recruited 25 stores and restaurants throughout Wayne to create an extensive network for its Where’s Waldo? Scavenger Hunt. Pick up a passport at Main Point and other participating locations, and start snooping around town for you chance to win prizes. The month-long event ends with a party at Main Point on July 31.

Party on the Parkway
July 4, Philadelphia

Woodmere Annual 77th Juried Exhibition

Ceramics and mixed media are the focus at the Woodmere Annual 77th Juried Exhibition. This year’s juror, Syd Carpenter, is a professor at Swarthmore College whose work has been featured in the Smithsonian’s Renwick Gallery, among other places. She’s selected a stunning variety of work that includes the remarkable ceramics of Yinka Orafidiya and Roberto Lugo. All 75 artists are based within 50 miles of the area, giving the exhibit a regional vibe.
