North Italia, a modern Italian concept from Arizona-based James Beard nominee Sam Fox, is set to open on Oct. 3 at the King of Prussia Mall’s lower level corridor expansion.
Open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, North Italia will offer diners hand-made pasta and pizza, plus a rotating seasonal menu with items like prosciutto pizza with mission fig, goat cheese and arugula, and the house specialty bolognese with traditional meat sauce, tagliatelle noodle and grana padano cheese.
An impressive list of handcrafted cocktails, reserve wines and local craft beers will also be available. Small plates, salads and entrées like grilled branzino with cipollini onion, fennel, broccolini, farro, lemon and butter round out the menu.
Weekend brunch will feature signature Nonna Casserole served with a selection of delectable sides such as lemon donuts and granola parfait.
Known for its modern and stylish atmosphere, the 7,000 sqare-foot space will feature an open floor plan with an exhibition kitchen overlooking the dining room. Expect community tables, an impressive bar and seating for up to 306 guests both indoors and outside on the patio.

Oath Pizza is coming to Suburban Square this November. Founded in 2015 in Nantucket, Mass. and a popular destination for pizza lovers in Boston, New York and Washington, D.C., the small chain touts certifiably humane, ethically-sourced and seasonably-inspired pizzas. Crusts are hand-stretched, grilled and seared in avocado oil.
Classic toppings include cheese, pepperoni and sausage, or customize your own from the menu of sauces, spreads, toppings, garnishes and drizzles. Bonus: Gluten-free options will be available, too.
