Normandy Farms Kicks Off Craft & ‘Que with a Clam Bake

The picturesque resort begins its summer event series with seafood and craft brews.

Throughout the summer, Blue Bell’s Normandy Farm hosts a series of fun events that embody those fun, seasonal vibes. The series, known as Craft & ‘Que, is kicking off with a taste of the sea at the much-anticipated Clam Bake on Thursday, July 21.

A New England tradition, the clam bake is a time-honored celebration of seafood and summer. This festive experience will be set on the grounds of its gorgeous historic estate to the delight of seafood lovers.

The menu is a mouth-watering, all-you-can-eat affair, hitting all the right notes for a beachside-inspired soiree. Among the fare on offer is, of course, steamed clams, as well as mussels, oysters, chilled shrimp and chunk-lobster corn chowder.

Main entrees include plates of succulent broiled cod with tomato coulis, classic pulled pork and lemon pepper grilled Lancaster chicken. Don’t forget about the fresh herbed linguini and a bevy of sides including sun-sweet corn on the cob, red bliss potato stew and an array of creative salads.

Unlimited house wines and beer from Flying Fish Brewing Company will be flowing all night long, as will live music from Trinidelphia. Sounds like the perfect place to make summer memories with friends and family.

General admission tickets are $49.95.
