As part of its 12th signature Craft & Que series, Normandy Farm in Blue Bell will throw its annual summer luau with Hawaiian flair. A roasted pig and bottomless brews from Yards Brewing Company are just the start of the fun, which kicks off at 6 p.m. on July 20.
Normandy Chef Aboubacar Kouyate has designed a mouthwatering, all-you-can-eat smoky barbecue menu featuring a suckling pig, grilled andouille and sweet kielbasa sausages, pulled pork sweet chili, lemon, herb- and Coca Cola-marinated chicken and the fresh catch of the day. Choose from a variety of patties at the burger station and pile on sides like baked beans, potato sausage salad, cornbread, cheddar biscuits with gravy and tamarind-glazed pork shoulder. Kind Snacks will be on hand, as well.
