With the snow nearly gone, it’s to time to think spring, and what better way to jump into the season than by digging into Nook & Kranny Kafe’s prix fixe spring dinner? The four-course meal, for which reservations are required, is $50 per person and will be held at the Phoenixville location on April 14, from 5-9 p.m. Here’s a look at the menu.
Blackened scallops with wasabi cream
Asparagus wrapped in puff pastry
Teriyaki beef skewers
Chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce
Tomato crab bisque
Chicken corn chowder
Chicken Nook – Chicken Francoise, tomato, Gorgonzola cheese, three jumbo shrimp, with white wine demi-glace
George Thorogood – 14-ounce prime ribeye marinated in bourbon, scotch and beer, topped with roasted garlic and shallots
Champagne penne pasta with spinach, garlic and tomato
Seared tuna with lump crab and bearnaise sauce
Rosemary balsamic-marinated pork loin topped with sundried tomato and spinach

As for the surprise fourth course, we can’t tell you everything, but we do know that you’ll have four sweet options to choose from. Nook & Kranny Kafe guarantees something with lots of chocolate, as well as a creamy cheesecake.
