Chef Jose Garces runs some of the hottest restaurants in the Philadelphia area, and Village Whiskey is no exception. This Mother’s Day, the restaurant will offer the Whiskey Queen burger in addition to its normal menu. Open for brunch from 12-4 p.m. and for dinner until 9 p.m., this is a special you won’t want to miss.

The Farmer’s Daughter

Treat mom to extravagance on Mother’s Day. The Farmer’s Daughter offers a five-course prix fixe experience from 1-6 p.m. Beginning with a farmstead cheeseboard, the meal moves onto a soup option, a salad course, entrées varying from filet mignon to chickpea ragu, lobster carbonara and more. Choose from exquisite dessert options of passion fruit opera cake, raspberry and rose water cheesecake mousse and chocolate and praline. Menu prices vary from $60 to $90 per person.

Though the Sunday brunches are already entirely sold out, three time slots remain on Saturday from 10 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. The $189.95 ticket for four includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, admission to the zoo and an animal meet and greet.
