Mother's Day Brunch and Dinner Treats

Don’t wait until the last minute to make Mother’s Day reservations, especially with these brunch hot spots filling up.

Have you thought about what you’re doing for Mother’s Day yet? May has snuck up on us, which means you have little more than a week to get some plans in order. We got word of several area restaurants booking tables for brunch and dinner on May 13, so get the wheels in motion and make your reservations!

Who doesn’t love brunch at the White Dog Cafe in Wayne? They’re currently accepting reservations for brunch beginning at 9 a.m. (until 2:30 p.m.) and for dinner from 5-9 p.m. The beautiful themed dining rooms are the perfect backdrops for an extra special meal. (610) 225-3700.

Treat mom to a brunch buffet in 333 Belrose’s newly renovated space. And if the weather is agreeable, the outdoor patio is a lovely spot to dine. The restaurant is offering brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. for $31.95 for adults and $12.95 for kids 5-12 years old. Included in the buffet are omelet, waffle and carving stations, plus all of the breakfast side dishes, pastries and desserts. (610) 293-1000.

Pepperoncini in Phoenixville and Conshohocken are creating an Italian-themed brunch for Mother’s Day from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The menu includes various fritattas, sandwiches, crostini-made eggs benedict, salads and pasta dishes. For a nice splurge that the mom in your life will really enjoy is a meal at Blackfish in Conshohocken. Chef Chip Roman is serving up a $45, three-course menu from 12-8 p.m. that will no doubt be fantastic. (610) 397-0888.
