I don’t know about you, but Terrain at Styer’s in Glen Mills is one of my favorite places to visit on the weekend. You can spend a few hours walking around, eating a delicious organic meal at the café, and getting inspired. If you’re looking for something different to do this October, Terrain has two fantastic events coming up.
On Oct. 1, Philadelphia’s Brown Betty Dessert Boutique will have a Brown Betty Pop-Up Shop, offering guests a tea-flavored line of cupcakes like green tea, chai and Earl Grey. If you love dining in the café, you won’t want to miss the Styer’s Garden Café Autumn Farm Table Dinner on Oct. 5. The table will be set in the garden at sunset for a seven-course feast prepared by Chef Keith Rudolf. The menu highlights ingredients of the season and celebrates the local growers who provide them. 6-10 p.m. $125 (includes dinner, wine and service charges). Call (610) 459-2400 for reservations.
