Last week, we got some great restaurant news. Circles (pictured), the super popular and much lauded contemporary Asian restaurant with two Philly locations (Tasker Avenue and North Second Street), will be opening its third location right here in Bala Cynwyd. The new location will be at 126 Bala Ave. and will replace the Thai restaurant Pa & Pa which opened last summer. There’s no word on when the new Thai restaurant will open, but we’ll keep you posted!
In other news, Hogfish Bar & Grill in Wayne seems to be temporarily closed. We haven’t gotten word on whether the restaurant is closed for good or plans on re-opening in the near future.
Also, keep your eyes peeled for the opening of Michael Solomonov’s new glatt kosher eatery Citron and Rose on Montgomery Avenue in Merion. Construction is coming along nicely and looks to be almost complete!
