The dinners will take place monthly through March 2020 and will feature the talent of chefs Yianni Arhontoulis of Mica Restaurant, Jeff Power of Dettera Restaurant and Wine Bar, John Patterson of The Inn at Shelburne Farms, Pierre Calmels of Bibou and owner/chef Steve Howells, of Louette’s BYO.
“As we move into our third year, and continue to earn the trust of Phoenixville and the surrounding communities, we wanted to expand, continue to evolve, and bring something exciting to town where suburban BYO connoisseurs can get the downtown experience just five minutes from home,” Howells says.
A locally-sourced, six-course menu will be posted two weeks prior to each event. During each guest chef event, expect two nightly seatings at 6 and 8:30 p.m. for $100 per person.
