Lotus Farm to Table Hosts Friday Night Collaboration with Art in the Age

Every aspect of this fabulous tasting dinner, from cocktails to entrées, is infused with an Art in the Age spirit, making this collaborative event a feast for the senses.

If your Friday nights need a facelift, the adventurous executive chef Ryan Sulikowski of Lotus Farm to Table has joined forces with Philadelphia’s intellectual spirit purveyor, Art in the Age, to host cocktail-pairing dinners through the end of February.

For $55 per person, diners have a special Friday night opportunity to become acquainted with the young chef’s skill sets while exploring the city-based collective’s boozy inventory. The winter tasting features four creative courses, with each dish paired with a complimentary AITA cocktail. Guests may expect to spy the distillery’s hand-crafted flagships (SAGE, RHUBY, SNAP and ROOT) being splashed in this event’s mix—all of which nod to historical Pennsylvania recipes.

Not only will the organic spirits be sipped through this special tasting, they’ll also be incorporated into the chef’s dishes too. Teases of the spiked menu includes SAGE-roasted apple basil bread, seared scallops with RHUBY butter, SNAP roasted pork and ROOT chocolate chip cookies. But, let’s be clear: The event’s signature cocktails are as appealing as the dishes, especially the finale of them all—a ROOT, a delicious vanilla bean cream and shaved chocolate concoction.
