Lotus Farm to Table: Eco-Friendly BYOB in Media

The creative café boasts a tea bar, sophisticated setting and chef Ryan Sulikowski’s Asian-inspired, funky fare.

Lotus Farm to Table’s eco-friendly approach runs hand-in-hand with owner Courtney Rozsas’ health-conscious mission. Essentially a sophisticated tea bar in an Asian-inspired setting, this funky 32-seat café already boasts a creative concept. And with ambitious, farm-focused chef Ryan Sulikowski joining the kitchen last year, this down town Media BYOB is now experiencing a renaissance—one led by peanut-butter-powdered popcorn and lamb sliders with roasted-onion-and-marrow aioli.

112 W. State St., Media; (610) 565–5554, lotusfarmtotable.com.
