Local Food Trucks Converge at Chaddsford Winery’s Summer Food Truck Competition

Listen to live music and try a variety of local fare from Aug. 19–20.

Chaddsford Winery hosts lots of summer events, and one of its most popular is returning again. The Summer Food Truck Competition kicks off on Aug. 19, from 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and continues on Aug. 20, from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. This friendly weekend throwdown is perfect for family and friends looking to unwind.

Visitors are invited to dine on local food truck fare and vote on their favorite, which might be a challenge considering the number of food trucks battling for glory. Find everything from Mexican to Korean to creamy gelato.

In addition to savory bites, there will be live music, including Hake & Jarema, Marlboro Road and The Rose Project. While there, enjoy a wine tasting and learn more about these locally grown grapes. Sip on the Traditional Tasting ($10), or indulge in a reserve tasting and tour ($20 when booked online in advance; $25 onsite) to try the limited-release, small-batch wines in addition to the traditional wines, served alongside artisanal treats.
