The most popular item on Cupcake Wars winner Thais da Silva’s menu is filled with rich chocolate fudge and dipped in a bittersweet chocolate ganache. The strawberry rhubarb crème frosting is light and fruity, so the chocolate cake is sweet, but not cloyingly so. Mini, $18/dozen; regular, $33/dozen.
