The Gables at Chadds Ford’s chef, Dave Wenerd, has designed an intriguing five-course menu to pair with Cakebread Cellars wine for an exclusive one-night-only dinner event. The delicious fun unfolds Saturday, Aug. 15, at 7 p.m. See the full menu below:

Pork belly planks with brûléed peaches

First Course

Rooftop garden salad of rainbow chard, tomatoes, baby beets, sheep’s milk feta, smoked pepper vinaigrette
