Fridays are Fresh and Affordable at Wyebrook Farm

It doesn’t get any fresher than the farm-to-table fare at Wyebrook Farm, especially for Friday night dinner service.

It’s hard to get more farm-to-table than at an actual farm: Wyebrook Farm in Honey Brook. Friday Night Dinner is a delicious way to enjoy the very best and the very fresh.

Just as tasty as the three-course menu is the $25 price. The fare will be seasonal and change weekly, but here’s a sample of what’s been offered:

â—     First course: Mixed greens, grilled asparagus with a warm guanciale vinegar dressing and a fried Wyebrook farm egg.
â—     Entrée: Roasted Ossabaw pork loin and pastrami pork belly, Pennsylvania potato salad and wild greens, or Wyebrook pastured chicken baked in hay, wood-grilled asparagus and bronze fennel.
â—     Dessert: Strawberry-rhubarb pie with mascarpone cream.
