Boyertown’s Frecon Farms has a special evening planned for Saturday, Sept. 24, at its Table in the Orchard event. Guests can enjoy the sunset among the fruit trees in the Frecon Family Orchard while savoring a delicious four-course cider pairing dinner.

The night kicks off at 4:30 p.m. with a tour of the orchard and cidery followed by world-class cuisine prepared by chef Gracie Skiadis of Gracie’s 21st Century Café. Guests will have an opportunity to meet and chat with the grower and cider maker, as well.

Additional courses include whole roasted salmon stuffed with a julienne of sautéed root vegetables as well as charcoal-grilled filet mignon of pork painted with smoky blackstrap molasses marinade and served with a reduction of Frecon apple cider over caramelized onion and apple slices.

Tickets are $125 per person. Reservations can be made by calling (610) 367-6200.
