Feury Brothers Debut New Brew for Tasting Dinner at Fork

Collaborating with Yards Brewing Company, Patrick and Thomas Feury create “Fists of Feury Round Two” for Fork’s tasting dinner.

Back in 2010, chefs and brothers Patrick and Terence Feury of Nectar and Fork restaurants teamed up with Victory Brewing Company to collaborate on a golden pale ale for June’s Philly Beer Week. Their “Fists of Feury” was a huge success and the premier beer was debuted at a collaborative dinner at Fork restaurant in Old City. Lucky for all us beer lovers, the Feury brothers are back and brewing once again for this year’s Philly Beer Week.

The brothers have teamed up with Yards Brewing Company to come up with “Fists of Feury Round Two,” a golden ale infused with kaffir lime leaves from local Lancaster County farm, Green Meadow. As with their first 2010 batch, the beer will only be available at Fork and Nectar, but as before, the pair will unveil their beer at a dinner on Wednesday, June 6 at Fork where two courses will be cooked by each of the chefs.

Tickets are $55 per person and for reservations, call (215) 625-9425. Nectar will have its own beer event towards the end of Philly Beer Week (which kicks off on June 1) so stay tuned!
