Female-Focused Cooking with Beer Course Coming to Victory Brewing Co.

Beer…for dinner? You bet. All hop-loving ladies are invited to attend Victory’s Girls Just Wanna Have Suds event, which focuses on beer-infused apps, mains and even dessert.

Attention beer-loving females! Victory Brewing Company’s latest Girls Just Wanna Have Suds event is focusing in on the art of cooking with beer and you’re invited to brush up on your kitchen skills! On Nov. 12, from 7–9 p.m., the newest installment of the brewery’s female-only beer dinners will feature instructionals on how to prepare crowd-pleasing, beer-infused dishes—all of which are crafted with the Downingtown-brewed beers, of course.

Guests will score how-tos on preparing Golden Monkey-soaked mussels, HopDevil-infused cheese, and Prima Pils-spiked vinaigrette and marinade. Menu highlights include crab cakes paired with Helios, sweet and spicy Thai green curry paired with DirtWolf, spiced meatballs with the just-released Winter Cheers, and bread pudding coupled with Festbier.
