Fall Cooking: Learn From Philadelphia’s Best Chefs at Audrey Clair Taichman’s COOK

Thinking of taking a cooking class in the fall? This 20th Street kitchen-classroom features private classes and chef demonstrations, plus a cookware boutique. Here’s a taste of the September schedule.

Have you been following the opening of Audrey Clair Taichman’s COOK? This Philadelphia school/kitchen/laboratory is devoted to all things cooking, with classes starting in September. Unlike any other “cooking school” that has come this way, COOK offers private classes, demonstrations, workshops, a cookware boutique and much more.

The schedule just went up and, if you’ve been tossing around the idea of getting involved in a cooking class this fall, now is a perfect time to register. Judging by the offerings, spaces will fill quickly, too.

On Sept. 10, join James Beard winner and Zahav chef/owner Michael Solomonov as he cooks some of the dishes that have made his restaurant award-winning. On Sept. 19, join the executive chef of Stephen Starr’s Pizzeria Stella as he teaches guests how to make delicious pizza at home.

And don’t worry, you will not go hungry. Food and drink are included.
