Dining Out For Life Returns to the Philadelphia Area on April 18

Dozens of restaurants will participate in the one-day event, which raises funds for HIV/AIDS services.

Philadelphia’s largest dining fundraiser, Dining Out For Life, returns for its 29th year on April 18. Founded by Action Wellness in Philadelphia, Dining Out For Life partners with area restaurants to help raise awareness and funds for local HIV/AIDS service organizations, including Action Wellness, AIDS Delaware and Camden Area Health Education Center, Inc. Participating restaurants donate 33 percent of each food bill on the designated day to help support those organizations.

Over 150 restaurants will participate this year, including some suburban favorites like Adobe Café Manayunk, Cedar Hollow Inn, Diego’s Cantina and Tequila Bar, Éclat Chocolate, La Belle Epoque, Lotus Farm to Table, Pinocchio’s Restaurant, Spasso Italian Grill, Spring Mill Café and Sterling Pig Brewery.

Dining Out For Life has spread to over 60 cities throughout the United States and Canada and has collectively raised over $4 million every year to provide services like free HIV testing and mental and behavioral health assistance.

Our Best of the Main Line & Western Suburbs Party is July 25!
