Where to Go for Valentine’s Day on the Main Line, Part One

White Dog Cafe? Paramour? Gypsy Saloon? Maybe Xilantro or Avalon? We’ve got the dining details on all their holiday menus.

There are plenty of reasons to let someone else do the cooking this Valentine’s Day, so here’s a roundup of places to consider for your special dinner.

The White Dog Cafe in Wayne is offering a $65 five-course tasting menu on Feb. 10-14, along with its à la carte menu. Plus, couples will get a $10 complimentary gift card to the restaurant.

Also in Wayne, Paramour is adding some tasty dishes to its menu on Feb. 10-14. Look for Maine lobster and a dessert sampler for two. You can even step it up and book an overnight package that includes champagne, a box of Godiva chocolates, dinner for two at Paramour, a king room, late checkout, a continental breakfast, and a $50 gift card to the restaurant.
