Mark your calendars for April 2. The annual Chocolate Symphony event is back at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, with two delicious happenings wrapped into one.

First, the “Spring Sensation” gala features a gourmet dinner, a keynote speaker, an auction, an awards ceremony and dancing. The second portion, the “After Party,” welcomes guests to nosh on appetizers and desserts from some of the city’s best pastry chefs, plus enjoy a few drinks, a live band and the dance floor.

Pastry chefs and chocolatiers like Antoine Amrani of East Norriton’s Antoine Amrani Chocolates, Jessica Mogardo of Philadelphia’s JG Domestic Fine Food and Spirits, and Adrianna King of Stephen Starr’s Jones restaurant, also in Philadelphia, will offer their sweet treats throughout the night. The event benefits the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter.
