Wayne’s most tech-savvy bistro, Carmel Cafe & Wine Bar, is showcasing its local college pride by launching Villanova-themed features as its neighborhood contribution to March Madness.
From now until April 7, Carmel’s stocking its wine library with Villanova Wines, an Italian winery from the Friuli region that produces modern and fresh varietals. Consider raising your wine glass to Wildcats in proper form with the tropical fruit-forward Villanova Chardonnay or toast to the nation’s sixth best college basketball team with the Villanova Merlot that packs a mighty northern Italian snap.

More of a sports fanatic who wears team loyalty on your sleeves? Carmel has a deal just for you! On any game day, swing over to the mod-Mediterranean grill for pre-game specials.
