Pizza shops are a dime a dozen, but when a new place opens up around here, we take notice, especially when it promises thin-crust, organic pies made with locally produced ingredients.
Jules Thin Crust is the newest addition to the Main Line pizza scene, following others like Crust and Bake 425, both in Bryn Mawr. Jules is located at 114 E. Lancaster Ave. in Wayne, the fourth Pennsylvania location, with others in Newtown, Jenkintown, Doylestown and one location in California. If you plan on eating in, Jules is a BYO, so don’t forget to bring a bottle of wine or some of your favorite beer. But whether you get your pizza to go or to enjoy in the restaurant, we think you’ll be very pleased either way. The ingredients in the meat, veggie and cheese pies speak for themselves: The pizza is incredibly fresh, thanks to the local, organic ingredients used on pies like the edamame, ricotta, goat cheese, caramelized onion, mint, mozzarella and lemon vinaigrette pie and the all-natural barbecue pulled pork version with scallions, red onion and mozzarella. All pizzas are available gluten-free as well, and there are also plenty of organic salads to enjoy with your pizza.
Have you tried Jules yet? Let us know what you think!
