On Saturday, June 30, Paramour in the Wayne Hotel is hosting a luncheon with winemaker Brandon Seager of the Red Newt Cellars Winery in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Passed hors d’oeuvres with a Red Newt Cellars wine pairing will kick off the event at noon. Chef Michael Giampa will then present a three-course meal with more wine pairings, and you can check out the menu at paramourwayne.com. The cost of the luncheon is $35 per person (wine included), and reservations are required.
If you’re still interested in sampling the selections from Red Newt Cellars but can’t make it to Saturday’s lunch, Georges’ is hosting a five-course Red Newt Cellars wine dinner on Friday, June 29 at 7 p.m. The menu is $85 per person and includes five courses plus wine pairings.
