One of West Chester’s historic and charming bed and breakfasts, Faunbrook Bed & Breakfast, is hosting a harvest-centric dinner on Aug. 8 from 6-9 p.m. Now in its sixth year, the Faunbrook Harvest Dinner includes a four-course corn-themed menu by chef John Serock of John Serock Catering.
This year’s menu features a a signature purple corn cocktail, seared airline chicken with chorizo and cornbread stuffing and Cajun corn maque choux with chili lime corn foam. Wine will be provided by award-winning Chaddsford Winery and Exton’s Stolen Sun Brewery will pour its beers. Stolen Sun, which also roasts signature coffee blends, will also provide coffee for the evening.

Completing the meal will be decadent take-home sweets by Cakes and Candies by Maryellen. Live music by popular vocalist/musician Brian Fitzy adds to the festivities.
Tickets to the Harvest Dinners—there will be another on Oct. 17—are $85 per person.
