Conshohocken’s Isabella and Stella Blu Pull Out the Winter Menus

In this frigid winter weather, it’s time to sit down and warm up with a special hearty dinner.

Isabella has introduced a winter beer menu that uses different brews in some of Chef Michael Cappon’s favorite cold-weather plates, and each beer is available with the dishes for an additional $3.50. For some stick-to-your-ribs goodness, try the double-chocolate short ribs, braised in Young’s Double Chocolate Stout, with potato gratin and sweet onion relish.
