Conshohocken’s Isabella and Stella Blu Pull Out the Winter Menus

Share

In this frigid winter weather, it’s time to sit down and warm up with a special hearty dinner.

Isabella has introduced a winter beer menu that uses different brews in some of Chef Michael Cappon’s favorite cold-weather plates, and each beer is available with the dishes for an additional $3.50. For some stick-to-your-ribs goodness, try the double-chocolate short ribs, braised in Young’s Double Chocolate Stout, with potato gratin and sweet onion relish. Or try the famous mussels with bacon, garlic and thyme in a Duvel-scented cream. Visit barisabella.com.

If you’re looking for something to satisfy your craving for Italian food, consider Stella Blu’s Italian Delight menu, available Monday-Thursday in January. You’ll get an appetizer, entrée and dessert for just $20 (tax and gratuity not included). Choose from several selections—like white-bean-and-escarole soup or a Caesar salad for your starter, and fettuccini Bolognese, lasagna or gnocchi with sweet sausage, peppers and onions for your entrée. Call (610) 825-7060 or visit stellablurestaurant.com.
