Chef Lila Colello and her Brûlée Bakery—once a predominantly mobile operation and now situated within West Chester’s Artisan Exchange—wants to jump-start your day of love concoctions created with a “conscience.” Since the French Culinary Institute grad focuses on the exclusive use of all-natural, locally-sourced ingredients and sustainable practices, you’ll be able to give a delicious gift that’s good for your sweetheart too!

Just in time for Feb. 14, Colello has you covered with a cool culinary creation—an early-morning gift pack mixed with fresh croissants, muffins and a 9-inch quiche (all available in your choice of flavors).

But, if you need to further woo your loved one and score extra points, the pastry chef’s extensive Valentine’s menu also touts mini cookies in drool-worthy dozens like rosemary shortbread, chocolate chunk, and cornmeal-lime zest, as well as French-inspired red velvet macarons.

Lucky for you, Brûlée Bakery offers delivery within the limits of Center City, the Main Line and West Chester, and also happily ships their creations.
