This summer, we’ve seen countless chefs offering specials and menus tailored to seasonal eating and specialty ingredients—and we’ve enjoyed every mouthful! And because summer isn’t over yet, there are still specials popping up in restaurants around the Main Line that are worth the trip.

And down the road a bit at 333 Belrose, Chef Carlo deMarco is introducing a weekly Summer Specials menu throughout the month of August. Each week, deMarco will create a prix fixe menu of his choosing, using what’s in season and often just going by whatever inspires him. This week, deMarco is cooking up a three-course Mexican beach dinner for $33.30 per person. The menu includes chicken tortilla soup with fresh avocado, wood-grilled red snapper with black beans, queso fresco and habanero salsa and for dessert, vanilla bean flan with caramelized bananas.
